Enter a whimsical world of dreams and revelations...

Creatures of the air float high above the audience while beings from the underworld hobble around a giant insect. Waves roll across a vast ocean, illuminated fish dart through a sea of arms, volatile dragons breathe fire and billowing clouds drift across the stage.

Ordinary objects take on a magical second life. Umbrellas, plastic bags, drink bottles and pipes become a landscape we travel through — an environment brought to life by the imagination of young performers.

Created and performed by more than eighty students from Perth College and co-directed by choreographer Jane Murray (Perth College) and Associate Director Michael Barlow (Spare Parts Puppet Theatre), Weather Which Way is a fusion of contemporary dance, puppetry and large scale image making.

Told with simplicity and charm, this piece will delight and surprise!
